Premium Services
Expedited Delivery:
How quickly do you need your transcript? We offer same day, next day, 2 day, 5 day, 7 day, and 10 day delivery.
Rough ASCII:
Do you need to review your deposition to prepare for the next day's testimony? Ask our reporters to provide you with a "rough ASCII" of the proceedings. A rough ASCII is a notepad version of the reporter's notes before they have been proofed or compared to the audio from your deposition. This is particularly useful if you need to compare the comments of the witness against your own notes in order to prepare for a continuation of the deposition, additional witnesses or the next day of trial. You will still get your certified deposition in whatever time frame you choose, but a rough ASCII puts all the information you need at your fingertips.
Audio Synced Transcript:
Take advantage of letting your witnesses speak for themselves. The audio from deposition testimony can be synced to match the transcript and played back for judge, juries and clients while they watch the words go by on a video screen. Less costly than video depositions, but much more impact than having dry testimony read into the record!
Video Taped Depositions:
We can handle all of the details for a videotaped deposition, from booking your crew to delivering a final product. Show your juries the witness and let them listen to the testimony as though they were in the room as questions were asked. The format is your choice; just tell us what you need.
Video Synced Transcript:
You've videotaped your deposition; now put it to work for you by syncing it with the searchable transcript. Isolate portions of testimony for use in settlement conferences, client meetings and in court.
Video Conferencing:
Through our worldwide network, we can arrange video conferencing across the country and the globe. This is a great alternative to expensive travel, especially when time if of the essence and witnesses and counsel hail from many different places.
Video Live Stream and Live Note:
Utilizing experienced real time reporters, your deposition testimony can be live streamed to any desktop in any part of the world. Make notes on your laptop to track testimony and communicate with your partners. This is state of art technology that puts all of your litigation team on the playing field during every deposition.
Scanned and Searchable Exhibits:
Copies of your exhibits are stored electronically on our servers and we would be happy to provide you with scanned copies in any format you choose to integrate with your legal software. We can also provide you with your scanned exhibits on a Compact Disc or DVD, for use in preparing your case or for archival purposes. Copies of your scanned exhibits are also available to be e-mailed to you or your witnesses.
Archival storage:
Written depositions and court testimony are stored on redundant servers for security. Your record is safe with us.
